Another Royal Wedding

There is another royal wedding in the near future! Princess Beatrice of York is going to be getting married to Mr. Eduardo Mapelli Mozzi on May 29, 2020.

Princess Beatrice is having a smaller wedding than we typically see from the royals with only an estimated 150 guests. The ceremony will take place at The Chapel Royal, St. James Palace. The reception will be hosted by The Queen, in the gardens, at Buckingham Palace.

Princess Beatrice is the daughter of Prince Andrew, and she is ninth in line to the throne.

Currently, she holds a job at the artificial intelligence software firm, Afiniti. Her fiancé, Mr. Mapellini Mozzi is a successful business man in the property industry and is also a count.

Although the bride's sister, Princess Eugenie's wedding in 2018 was shown on television, it seems the public may not get to see Princess Beatrice's ceremony.

Many speculate that the reason for the couple's desire to have a more private wedding could be because of the scandal surrounding Prince Andrew.

The BBC states,

"The announcement ends weeks of speculation over the date of the wedding, amidst the scandal over Beatrice's father, Prince Andrew's relationship with convicted sex offender Jeffery Epstein."

As of right now, there are no plans to televise any of the celebrations on May 29th.
