Meet the CT Humane Society's Adoptable Pet of the Week: Garfield

Meet Garfield a handsome and energetic Labrador Retriever, and Pitbull Mix is ready to bring joy into your life! Garfield is a one-year-old male who loves adventure. He will be a pawsome match for a home with adults who enjoy being active!

He would also do well with another high-energy dog but would prefer to live in a cat-free home. Garfield can live in a single-family home, with condos considered. He is an intelligent dog with lots of potential. He will need to be with a family that is experienced in positive reinforcement training and are experts at reading canine body language.

Garfield is still learning how to be a dog and will need to continue his mandatory obedience training in order to be successful at home! If you are ready for a legendary and loving adventure with this wonderful pup, Garfield is available in Waterford.
