WHAT IS SOS

Sound On Sound is a brand-new music festival bringing together world-class performing artists, renowned local eateries, craft breweries, a variety of wines and spirits, and much more for one unforgettable weekend in Fairfield County. From seeing your favorite band perform live, to relaxing with a cold beer at the Craft Beer & Sports Hall, or sipping a glass of wine in the Seaside Wine Grove, there is something for everyone at the fest.

Featuring 2 stages, over 22 bands, and no overlapping sets, the festival allows attendees to catch every act on the lineup without having to pick and choose. Set in idyllic Seaside Park, festivalgoers will experience this live music celebration surrounded by one of Connecticut’s most beautiful waterfront parks.

TOM RUSSELL

Co-Founder and Partner

Tom is a lifelong New Yorker who fell in love with live music at a young age while seeing punk and ska shows at iconic venues such The Wetlands and Coney Island High. While at Tulane University in New Orleans, he began to intern for Superfly, the visionaries and esteemed producers of Bonnaroo, and subsequently parlayed the internship into a full time role at the company. As the director of Superfly Events Group, he focused on festival management and operations and worked on marquee events such as Bonnaroo and Outside Lands, among many others. After 6 years, he decided to take a calculated risk and leave Superfly, with the goals of starting his own company and bringing his hometown a major music festival they could call their own.

JORDAN WOLOWITZ

Co-Founder and Partner

Jordan is a Co-Founder and Partner at Founders Entertainment. Prior to starting Founders, Jordan worked in the talent agency world; first at Paradigm Talent Agency, and then at International Creative Management, in the office of legendary music agent Marsha Vlasic. He was born in New York City, and grew up in Connecticut. In 2010 he set off to pursue his dreams in the music business, which included bringing his hometown of New York City its first successful, major music festival - The Governors Ball. From there his next goal was to create another world class music festival for Connecticut - Sound On Sound Music Festival. Jordan's primary focus at Founders is to curate, negotiate and book the artists on his events.
