Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones joined “Good Morning America” to address criticism over his handling of Micah Parsons’ contract negotiations and eventual trade to the Green Bay Packers. Doug finds his overly detailed defense of the trade to be a sure sign that he is prevaricating and simply trying to put lipstick on a pig.
Doug Gottlieb: “The more you try and explain it, the more you know it’s bullcrap…He’s smart enough to know that if you go on ‘Good Morning America’ they don’t double back with you on a football question whereas ‘Good Morning Football’ would. So, he’s no dope, but he’s also not being honest.”
