Connecticut resident Manny Camba scarfed his way to the 2019 title by eating 21 lobster rolls. The total dwarfed the number eaten by last year’s champion Joe Menchetti of Cheshire, who successfully defended his title, after consuming 16 stuffed lobster rolls. The record is 24 lobster rolls, held by Menchetti from a previous year. Menchetti ate 18 in 2017.
